Kovant is a Stockholm-based enterprise AI company, founded in 2024 by a team from Spotify, Bosch and Meta. We build the AI operating system for supply chain execution, and it runs live today in industrial enterprises across the Nordics.

Inventory is the result of every decision across your supply chain, and those decisions are made thousands of times a week by people who cannot reach all of them. Kovant agents hold a book of work in procurement, inventory, fulfilment and demand, and they run it end to end. A reasoning core decides what should happen next, and a policy core validates every action against your rules before it reaches your systems. Everything runs inside your own environment, on the systems you already use.
